Always one of the new releases available before other Napa Valley Cabs. Showing aromas of smoked meats and a bouquet of mushrooms complimented with vanilla style oak. The palate is creamy with nuances of leather and a cocoa style fine grain tannin. The vintage is consistent with the Caymus style of spice, toast, cassis – fully rich, yet supple.
